In fact, the power bank does not stop charging the phone.
When the phone has "Optimize battery charging" turned on, it will become slow charging after 80%, and it will take a while to charge, so it is easy to be considered as unable to charge.

You need to confirm "Off" in phone Settings: Battery > Battery Health > Optimize Battery Charging.

Generally, it's normal for a power bank to be a little hot while charging, but it's not normal when it's too hot.
A.If you have problems charging the power bank, try using other cables and other wall chargers.
B.If you have problems charging devices with the power bank, try using other cables and other devices.
C.If problems occur while wirelessly charging devices with the power bank (only for wireless batteries), we recommend moving the phone to a cooler environment and performing the following troubleshooting:
- Remove the phone case while charging.
- Check whether the power bank is charging itself and whether you are using your phone at the same time.
- Check whether the power bank is hot when charging via the USB-C port.

A.The earphones will be disconnected if they are beyond the 15 meters connection range.
B.The earphones will automatically turn off if they didn't get back to the connection range within 5 minutes.
   -If so please put the headset back into the charging case and close the lid, then take the headset out and it will automatically reconnect.

Solution
A1.Adjust the position of the earphone, check whether the MIC is blocked by dust.
B2.Please replace the place to reconnect the earphone Bluetooth. Check whether it exceeds the mobile phone Bluetooth connection distance of 10m, or there is wall or human body obstruction interference.
C3.Wipe the metal interface with alcohol, restore the earphone to Factory Settings, and then try it again.
D4.Replace another mobile phone device and try it again.
F5.Replace the quiet environment to try.
